Statistically an office is not usually associated with a place where one can become fitter and healthier. But what if this can be changed so that the workplace could also be a workout place?
We have created a wellness program specially tailored to offices consisting of custom workouts, chair massages, meditation/breathing/mindfulness sessions and health education designed to improve the health and wellbeing of the employees in a corporate environment.
The program is adapted to the office environment, being easy to setup and requiring minimal space and equipment and no special preparation or clothing from the participants. We provide all the necessary tools!
You can choose one (or all!) of the following programs:
(Office) Yoga or Pilates - improve stability, mobility and strength
The exercises are focused on preventing complaints linked to prolonged sitting, such as back and neck issues, improve posture, breathing and circulation and can be done standing, sitting or lying on a mat, in short sessions of 30-45 min or 1h.
Yoga Nidra/Breathing/Mindfulness - helps reduce stress, improves focus and mental clarity
Scientifically proven to decrease stress and anxiety and improve sleep, calm, focus and general wellbeing, this carefully selected cocktail of mind sessions are essential to the program. The sessions can be as short as 10 minutes, however ideally they should be around 20-30 minutes to allow the body and mind to achieve a state of deeper relaxation.
Chair massage - eliminates muscle tension and help reduce neck, shoulder and backpain
A 15-20 minute massage of the neck, shoulder, back and arm area will help release muscle tension, prevent pain in the areas and provide a welcome variation. A small, preferably private area is needed, we bring the massage equipment!
Health education - improves overall health and wellbeing and sets a foundation for a healthier lifestyle
These series of 5 seminars will provide a foundation for a healthier, happier life. The seminars are created for the corporate world, with focus on the dynamics and restrictions of an office environment, but they are suitable for anyone having a busy, fast paced schedule, who wants practical, easy to apply solutions and tools ranging from sleep and diet to exercising at work or outside of it.
The basic seminars consist of 1.5 hour interactive sessions, on location or online with a follow up session 1 month after the last seminar was completed, in order to assess the results and answer any questions the participants might still have. There is of course possible to adapt the program to suit various needs and wishes.
